    What should I prepare beforehand?

    If you've ordered bloodwork, have it handy. Snap a few progress photos and jot down your body stats — it gives us a clear starting point.

    What if I need to reschedule?

    Life happens — use the link in your confirmation email to pick a new time that works better for you, with as much notice as possible.

    Is this a sales pitch?

    No — this is your onboarding call. By this point you're already set on starting; this call is about building your specific 12-week plan.

    Who will I be speaking with?
